Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Construction Manager
to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety
, while coordinating seamlessly with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects. Supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and workforce. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and approve changes as needed. Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
. Proven experience inconstruction project management
. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.PMP certification
or equivalent is preferred. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
