Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Construction Manager

to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from planning through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction site management, project budgeting, subcontractor supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage construction activities from start to finish. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and onsite personnel to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations. Manage project budgets and resource allocation. Resolve issues related to work delays, emergencies, or other problems. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role with 8-10 years experience. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
