Construction Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while coordinating effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects. Supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and workforce. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and approve changes as needed. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in construction project management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
