Construction Manager
Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Construction Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven UAE experience on large-scale commercial or high-rise residential projects. You will be responsible for overall site leadership, translating approved drawings into executable work programs, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, and ensuring every phase--from enabling works to final handover--meets DEWA, DM, and other local authority regulations on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
Key duties include preparing and updating master schedules, monitoring daily progress against KPIs, chairing site meetings, managing RFIs and change orders, enforcing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining accurate as-built records and O&M manuals.
