Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met while coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects. Supervise on-site activities and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards. Monitor budgets, control costs, and approve project changes. Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
