We are seeking a Construction Manager for our Construction Company who can oversees and directs construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They manage various aspects of a project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, hiring subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Contractor Management:
Hiring and managing subcontractors, and coordinating their work.
Safety Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Quality Control:
Monitoring construction activities to ensure quality standards are met and making necessary adjustments.
Resource Management:
Overseeing procurement of materials and equipment, and managing inventory.
Communication:
Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, communicating with architects, engineers, and other project team members, and resolving any issues that arise.
Budget Management:
Tracking expenses, managing costs, and ensuring the project stays within budget.
Time Management:
Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and adjusting timelines as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education :
A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is often required.
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in construction, including experience in project management, is typically needed.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding construction methods, and using project management software.
