Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient execution
Manage site engineers, subcontractors, and labor crews
Monitor project timelines, budget, and material flow
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams
Ensure full compliance with QHSE standards and project specifications
Drive progress and proactively resolve site challenges
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in construction management (mandatory)
Strong background in high-rise tower projects
Exceptional leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
