We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of
mid to high?rise residential or mixed?use buildings
in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing tower projects in the UAE and a strong grasp of local construction regulations and industry practices.Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle for mid?high rise developments: site supervision, contractors, resource allocation, quality assurance. Monitor project progress, costs, quality and risk; control budget and deliverables. Maintain compliance with HSE, Dubai Municipality standards (e.g. G+12 license), and all relevant authorities. Collaborate with architects, consultants, sub?contractors, and clients; prepare site reports for stakeholders. Drive value engineering, procurement oversight, and process optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Degree in related field acceptable. Minimum
7-15+ years
of construction management experience with a significant portion inmid to high?rise buildings
