Position: 111 - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and site workers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure construction aligns with design and regulatory standards.
Monitor site safety, enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct regular inspections.
Report project progress, delays, and cost variations to senior management and stakeholders regularly.

Construction industry experience is a must.
