Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

Construction Manager

to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations across high-rise and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in executing large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and laborers. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports. Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, and clients regarding site execution, technical queries, and approvals. Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and local authority guidelines. Review construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and resolve any discrepancies on-site. Oversee procurement, delivery, and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and resources. Handle labor planning, subcontractor management, and performance evaluations. Address and resolve site issues or delays effectively with minimal impact to project timelines. Ensure quality control measures are in place and strictly followed throughout execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum

10 years of experience

in managing building construction projects (high-rise preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, municipality regulations, and authority approvals. Proven ability to lead site teams and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera - preferred). Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
