We are looking for an

Construction Manager with Min 15+ years of UAE experience in Building Construction Projects

(villa, Residential, High Rise, Commercial etc..)

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure on-time and cost-efficient execution. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards. Analyze and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation according to design. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and financial records. Perform regular site visits to track progress and verify workmanship quality. Lead and inspire on-site teams to promote productivity, collaboration, and high performance. Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost impacts. Ensure optimal allocation of labor, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency. Manage change orders, negotiate contract adjustments, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits, schedule inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry. Extensive background in managing construction projects including villas, residential complexes, and high-rise buildings. Strong expertise in construction management and effective team leadership. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
