Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Civil Engineering
Minimum
8 years
of proven experience in managingconstruction projects within the UAE
Strong understanding of
Dubai Municipality
,Trakhees
, and other UAE regulatory bodiesProficiency in
Primavera P6
,MS Project
, andAutoCAD
PMP or equivalent
project management certification
is an advantageExcellent
leadership
,communication
, andorganizational
skillsPreferred:
Valid license fromDubai Municipality
and/orSociety of Engineers (SOE) - UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day site operations and manage overall progress of construction projects
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
Monitor and control
schedules
,budgets
,resources
, andsafety compliance
Supervise, mentor, and support engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to all
local building codes
,regulatory requirements
, andquality standards
Prepare and submit
progress reports
,risk assessments
, andforecasting
documentsConduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specifications
Implement best practices in construction, safety, and risk management
Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently and effectively
