About the Role:

Consortio, a leading multidisciplinary consulting firm based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager

with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including hands-on expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, contracts, and coordination with various stakeholders across design and execution phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Review and manage contracts, claims, and change orders in coordination with the legal and commercial teams. Supervise site progress and resolve technical issues in collaboration with design, structural, and MEP consultants. Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. Coordinate with project engineers, planners, and quantity surveyors. Enforce health, safety, and quality standards on-site. Provide leadership and mentorship to site teams and junior engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred). 10-15 years of experience in construction management, preferably in consultancy firms. Strong experience with FIDIC and contract administration. Proven track record of delivering complex civil/infrastructure or high-rise building projects. In-depth understanding of design and construction coordination. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. UAE experience is highly desirable. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
