, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with project stakeholders, contractors, and site personnel to manage day-to-day operations and resolve issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Lead on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Resolve conflicts and address delays or problems on-site.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and project records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or similar role.
Proven track record of managing commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD).
OSHA certification and/or PMP certification is a plus
