We are seeking a highly experienced
Construction Manager
to oversee the execution of high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and project management skills within the construction industry.Requirements:
Based in the UAE
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
Extensive experience managing high-rise building projects
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, budgeting, and resource management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to senior management
