We are hiring a

Construction Manager

who has following skills and experience:

Strong Interpersonal Skills. Fluent in

English and Arabic.

Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer. Should be between 27 - 35 yrs. old Excellent communication skills with Sub Contractors and Consultants. Profit and Loss Experience. UK or US Graduates preferred. Min 3-5 years' Experience in GCC with Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Industry. Familiar with technical code of practices such as ASME standards, ASTM standards, NFPA standards, IEEE standards Etc., Can work independently Project Planning Previous experience with HAZOP study. Previous Experience with Different Software (Primavera P6, CAD works etc.,) With U.A.E Driving License.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from beginning to end.

2. Manage the construction project and represent our company's interests during implementation with the client. To plan, establish, and organize the construction effort in order to develop the most cost-effective plan for timely completion within budget.

3. Analyze weekly and monthly reports on contract status and progress, including project costs and potential adjustments.

Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.

5. Evaluate construction productivity and schedule performance, and look into any issues that result in less-than-satisfactory results. Offer suggestions and put steps in place for improvement by modifying work procedures or work instructions.

6. Ensures that all modifications towards the work scope, specifications, and drawings are documented.

7. Implement company safety standards and establish a safety-conscious culture among colleagues throughout the whole organization.

8. Ensures that all reports, from the start of the project until its completion, will be supplied in accordance with schedule.

9. Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

10. Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

GCC with Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
