Construction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the construction process, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and laborers. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to review plans and ensure design intent is met. Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contract specifications. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that may delay the project timeline. Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid project disruptions. Ensure compliance with building codes, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines. Oversee change order processes and manage project documentation. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all parties involved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Construction Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Work Conditions:

Full-time, on-site or hybrid (depending on project). May require travel to project locations. Ability to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
