Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Construction Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure, residential, and industrial construction projects. This position requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering high-end developments on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The Construction Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless project execution across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction operations for large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects, including residential, industrial, and infrastructure developments. Lead a diverse team of engineers, subcontractors, and design consultants to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. Manage and supervise site teams across various project scopes, ensuring compliance with construction schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and electromechanical systems integration into construction, ensuring all systems meet technical specifications and regulatory standards. Implement HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) management systems and ensure site compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, ensuring project goals and expectations are met. Lead constructability reviews and risk assessments to optimize construction methodologies and address potential project challenges early. Monitor project performance, including resource allocation, material procurement, and subcontractor activities, to avoid delays or budget overruns. Perform regular inspections, manage quality control, and oversee testing and commissioning activities to ensure the final product meets operational requirements.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) certifications. At least 20 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in infrastructure, residential, and industrial sectors. Proven expertise in overseeing civil, MEP, and electromechanical construction projects, with experience in design-build delivery. Extensive experience with managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering projects with full P&L responsibility. In-depth knowledge of HSQE regulations and a proven track record in maintaining high safety and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
