Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Construction Manager

to lead and oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to deliver high-quality results in line with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities and manage project schedules Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor resource usage (labor, materials, equipment) and manage site logistics Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Identify and resolve issues, delays, or changes in scope Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Ensure effective communication between the site and project management teams Oversee site workforce performance and enforce company policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in large-scale projects Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and project management tools Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively Fluency in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus)
