We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate project engineers, site engineers, and other members of project team. Manage project documentation, including permits, compliance reports, and contracts. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and align project objectives. Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain accurate records. Conduct site inspections and report updates to the Project Manager.
Requirements

Approximately 12 years of experience in construction management or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team performance. Certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
