Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Construction Manager
with proven Ashghal project expertise to lead and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Ensure compliance with Ashghal standards, Qatari regulations, and safety protocols. Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources. Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives. Resolve technical and operational issues promptly. Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders. Drive quality control, safety, and productivity on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction management. Proven track record in
Ashghal projects
. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and local regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
