Urgently looking for

CM cum PM for a construction Company based in Dubai, must have a least 7 years of experience in the UAE construction Field.



Responsibilities



-Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; obtain permits; coordinate resources (staff, materials, equipment).

-Oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, track progress against schedule, and implement quality control.

-Control project costs, manage budgets, and handle procurement.

-Liaise with clients, engineers, Authorities, and vendors; provide regular progress reports.

-Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements; mitigate potential issues.

-Delegate tasks, supervise workers, and resolve site issues.

Requirement:



-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or Architecture .

-Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills.

-Budgeting and cost control expertise.

-Understanding of building codes, construction processes, and software.

-Ability to resolve unexpected issues and manage conflicts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED15,000.00 per month
