Construction Manager – Landscape Project (dubai)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead our large-scale landscape project in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all construction activities for the landscape project
Supervise Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, Foremen, and site teams
Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Identify and implement solutions to technical or logistical challenges on-site
Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil / Landscape Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience, with strong exposure to large-scale landscape projects
Extensive knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, furniture, and civil works
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Availability:
