Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and manage all structural construction activities related to bridges, underpasses, tunnels, retaining walls, and associated civil works.

Ensure the execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, RTA standards, and project schedule.

Coordinate with project stakeholders, including consultants, subcontractors, RTA representatives, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress.

Review and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation to achieve milestones.

Supervise the construction team, assign responsibilities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.

Identify, analyze, and resolve construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Verify and approve method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and construction procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship and compliance with design intent.

Support in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and correspondence with clients and consultants.

Lead coordination with utilities and other interfacing disciplines to ensure smooth construction execution.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project requirements.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture aligned with RTA and company HSE policies.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with at least 5 years in Dubai or UAE on RTA or major infrastructure projects.

Proven track record in managing structural works such as bridges, underpasses, tunnels, retaining walls, and culverts.

Strong knowledge of RTA standards, specifications, and approval processes.

Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and quality control.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera P6) and MS Office applications.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Sound understanding of HSE regulations and commitment to implementing safe working practices.

Valid UAE Driving License preferred.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
