We're Hiring - Construction Manager (Arabic Speakers Only)
Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. We need a seasoned professional who can manage complex roadworks, earthworks, highways and bridge projects while coordinating with clients, contractors and government authorities. This role is only open to Arabic speakers and requires candidates who are available in the UAE.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all phases of infrastructure projects, from planning through execution and handover.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and site teams to maintain alignment and compliance.
- Ensure rigorous quality control, health & safety compliance, and adherence to engineering specifications.
- Supervise site staff, conduct regular progress reviews, and prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve on-site issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and ensure contractual obligations are met.
