Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee day?to?day site operations, ensure project milestones are achieved, and maintain full compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands?on site experience and the ability to coordinate teams in a fast?paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and manage all on?site construction activities. Plan daily/weekly work schedules and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Enforce HSE standards and ensure a safe working environment at all times. Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on site. Review and approve material requests, inspections, and method statements. Attend progress meetings with clients and project stakeholders. Ensure quality control and compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred). Minimum

7-10 years

of experience in construction, with at least

3 years in a managerial role

. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and site practices. Proven experience managing manpower, subcontractors, and site logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
