Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Construction Manager (Civil)

to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites in Abu Dhabi. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, project execution experience, and familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all civil construction activities at the site. Supervise and lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Ensure all construction works comply with project specifications, drawings, and authority standards. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety performance on a daily basis. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities (ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, etc.) for project approvals and inspections. Review project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements. Manage cost control and resource allocation effectively. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company standards. Resolve site issues and technical challenges promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum

5 years of experience in Abu Dhabi

managing civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality and authority regulations. Proven experience in infrastructure, building, or industrial projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred). Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
