Construction Manager
to lead our on-site construction operations for major building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience withmain contractors
, managing large-scalehigh-rise and mixed-use developments
from mobilization to handover.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications. Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site engineers to maintain productivity and quality. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments for technical and construction-related matters. Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. Ensure strict adherence to
HSE
andQA/QC
standards at all times. Review and approve construction programs, method statements, and progress reports. Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Minimum10 years of UAE experience
with amain contracting company
. Proven track record in managinghigh-rise or large-scale building projects
. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge oflocal authority regulations, FIDIC, and construction standards
. Must becurrently based in the UAE
