Project Coordination & Supervision:
Oversee and manage all on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
Track material deliveries and equipment usage to avoid delays.
Identify potential issues early and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Implement corrective measures as needed to maintain high-quality output.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
Conduct safety briefings and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
Quality-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
8 to 10 years experience
