Construction Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction manager to oversee all phases of a construction project--from initial planning and budgeting to execution, safety, and delivery. They coordinate between contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure the project meets deadlines and quality standards.
Prepare project plans, budgets, and timelines Hire and manage subcontractors and site workers Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards Monitor daily construction activities and resolve issues Approve and oversee procurement of materials and equipment Report progress to stakeholders and adjust schedules as needed Conduct quality inspections and manage final handovers
Skills and qualifications
Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture PMP or other project management certifications (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with construction software like AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Project Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Professional Experience:
Minimum of
10 years
in infrastructure construction, including5 years in the UAE.
Proven record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.Job Type: Full-time
