Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead and coordinate multiple construction projects across various sectors, including civil, MEP, infrastructure, and fit-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with project goals Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and feasibility Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews with stakeholders Resolve technical and operational challenges swiftly and effectively Coordinate with procurement, finance, and HR for project support and logistics Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, productivity, and cost control
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction management across diverse project types Strong leadership and team coordination skills in multi-site environments In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred) PMP or equivalent certification is a plus Fluency in English; Arabic language
