Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Construction Manager - Civil

to oversee and manage infrastructure construction projects in compliance with local regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a proven record of successful project delivery, particularly in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management:

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage project scope and deliverables.

Resource Management:

Hire and oversee subcontractors and site workers. Manage procurement of materials and equipment.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to local construction laws and implement safety protocols on site.

Progress Monitoring:

Track construction progress, resolve site issues, and adjust schedules to meet project milestones.

Quality Control:

Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction phase.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management:

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Cost Control:

Monitor expenditures and manage project budgets effectively.

Subcontractor Management:

Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and evaluate subcontractor performance.

Team Leadership:

Inspire and lead the project team to ensure productivity and goal achievement.

Job Specifications & Qualifications:Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's Degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of

10 years

in infrastructure construction, including

5 years in the UAE or GCC

. Proven record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil and infrastructure engineering. Proficiency in

Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD

. Familiarity with UAE construction laws and regulatory bodies (e.g., ADM, RTA, DEWA, etc.).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
