Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Construction Manager
to lead high-impact projects across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, with added value from oil & gas sector experience.Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial) Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all phases Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align project goals Implement efficient resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies Prepare and review technical reports, schedules, and progress documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(Master's is a plus)7-12 years of experience
in construction management, preferably in theGulf region
Proven track record in infrastructure and building projects Experience inOil & Gas construction
is highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Proficiency in project management tools and construction software Familiarity with UAE construction codes and permitting processes Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
