Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and performance.
Resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
Review and approve construction plans, schedules, and method statements.
Ensure adherence to local regulations, permits, and environmental standards.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience
in construction management within
building projects
.
Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written) -
mandatory
.
Proven experience in managing high-rise, commercial, or residential building projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
PMP or equivalent certification.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and project controls.
Experience working in the MENA region and knowledge of local construction laws.
