Job Description
7+ years of relevant engineering project execution experience in Oil & Gas
Familiarity with oil & gas internal procedures, policies, and operational frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
