Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Construction Manager

to lead and oversee construction activities across our projects. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely execution of construction works within budget, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise in civil/mechanical/electrical disciplines, and a proven track record in managing fast-track projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple job sites. Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timeline. Monitor subcontractors, vendors, and workforce on-site.

Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients. Participate in project planning, including resource allocation and scheduling. Review project milestones and ensure timely progress reporting.

Quality & Safety Assurance

Implement and monitor quality control procedures and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce compliance with HSE standards. Address and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

Cost & Resource Management

Track project costs and control construction expenses. Optimize resource utilization including manpower, equipment, and materials. Review variation orders and contribute to claims and billing processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily and weekly site reports and construction records. Prepare progress reports, site logs, and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

8-10 years

of experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE/GCC region. Proven experience in managing

fast-track

construction and fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, codes, and approval procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management software
