Job Description

We're seeking a highly professional and experienced Construction Manager having roads & infrastructure projects exposure and to oversee and direct all the phases of our upcoming construction projects.

Key responsibilities:

Managing roads projects Handling HSE department. Coordination for approvals. Lead, supervise and plan all activities related to the project construction team. Supervise operations, maintenance, handing over and taking over of the projects. Maintain knowledge of the safety procedures regarding the proper tools / equipments for land preparation and cultivation. Handover project successfully within the project completion deadline Monitoring and reporting on project progress, budget and timeline. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and other project stakeholders. Planning and implementing execution of the landscaping projects. Ensuring work is done according to plan, managing and motivating team members and working with office staff and vendors to coordinate successful project. Oversee management of the hard and soft landscaping project from taking over to handing over of the project.
Requirements:

BS/ B.tech Civil

Experience: 08-12 years Abu Dhabi is a must in roads & infrastructure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
