Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee and manage landscaping and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project execution, team coordination, and on-site leadership, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all aspects of construction activities on-site. Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor project schedules, costs, and resources to achieve timely completion. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently to avoid project disruption. Review project drawings, specifications, and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design. Lead project meetings and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on landscaping or infrastructure. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and large teams. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of relevant local building codes and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Experience working in the GCC region or with government projects. Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions and local authority procedures.
