Construction Manager with 10+ years of experience in major operations and EPC project execution. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (with MOHESR equivalency) Master's Degree or PMP certification is an advantage SOE membership / Engineering License is an advantage Knowledge & Skills
Construction project management principles Civil, structural, and MEP systems Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project) Budgeting and resource planning Leadership and team management Strong communication and decision-making skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Key Responsibilities
Leads and supervises overall site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinates between engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Monitors progress, resolves site issues, and ensures safety and quality standards compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
