Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion Coordinate and oversee all onsite construction activities Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders
Experience
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction plans Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and contract management
