CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Luxury Villa Construction
Location: Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CONSTRUCTION MANAGER with expertise in Luxury Villa Construction
Responsibilities
- Manage communication between all parties involved in development, where appropriate.
- Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Ensure site complies within guidelines of health and safety and security.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of tasks and adherence to site regulations.
- Quality Control of work done at site.
- Act as the main technical advisor on site for subcontractors, crafts people, and operatives.
- Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget.
- Review and approve all invoices related to the project.
- Ensure that the project is completed on time.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Prepare progress reports for the client and company management.
- Good knowledge in AC Works, plumbing and Electrical.
