Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and supervise the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality. Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring work meets all specifications, safety, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, laws, and environmental regulations in the UAE. Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders. Address and resolve any technical issues or problems that arise during the construction process. Lead risk management efforts, proactively identifying and addressing potential project delays, safety concerns, and other challenges. Prepare detailed reports for senior management, clients, and other stakeholders on project status, issues, and achievements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Mentor and develop project teams, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

12+ years

of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Extensive experience in managing construction projects in the

UAE

, with strong knowledge of local laws, regulations, and safety standards. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality control. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in

English

(written and spoken). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
