Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines Implement and maintain effective project management systems and processes Stay updated on industry trends and innovative construction techniques to improve project efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and materials Extensive experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework Proficiency in project management software and tools In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously Experience in risk assessment, management, and mitigation Health and safety certification (e.g., OSHA or equivalent) Willingness to travel to various construction sites within the region as needed Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
