Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for all construction activities.
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple job sites.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and building regulations.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Recruit, train, and manage construction staff.
Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and present regular project and financial reports to stakeholders.
