Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Construction Manager

to oversee all aspects of our construction division. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, budgeting, and resource management, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for all construction operations and project teams. Oversee multiple construction projects from concept to completion. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and resources efficiently. Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Review project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure timely delivery. Develop and implement operational procedures and performance KPIs. Drive team development, training, and performance improvement. Support business development and tendering for new projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum

07-11 years of experience

in construction management. Proven track record managing large-scale civil or industrial projects in the UAE. Strong financial, technical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and authority requirements.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
