We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction General Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee daily operations of construction sites, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and construction workers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum ten (10) years' experience as a Construction General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
