Job Summary:

We are looking for a

highly experienced Construction Foreman

with a proven track record in

villa construction

to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate must have

at least 10 years of experience

in similar projects and be well-versed in

Sharjah Municipality procedures

. A

valid UAE driving license

and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for villa projects. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure timely and quality execution. Ensure compliance with Sharjah Municipality regulations and obtain necessary approvals/inspections. Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications (AutoCAD knowledge required). Source, allocate, and manage labor force efficiently. Maintain daily site reports and update project progress to management. Enforce safety standards and monitor compliance with HSE regulations. Resolve any work-related issues on site and ensure smooth workflow. Manage site inventory, materials, and equipment as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in

construction

.

Valid UAE driving license

is mandatory. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and basic computer applications. Strong experience in

labour management and sourcing

. Excellent site management and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of

Sharjah Municipality rules, procedures, and approvals

. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks on site.
