We are hiring an experienced

Construction Foreman

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate should have

8-10 years of hands-on experience

in managing construction sites, supervising teams, and ensuring that all site activities are executed efficiently and safely.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.



Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the construction site. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Enforce safety standards and site regulations. Read and interpret construction drawings and plans. Maintain logs, records, and reports related to site activity.

Requirements:



8-10 years of proven experience as a Construction Foreman in the UAE or GCC. Strong technical knowledge in construction methods, tools, and safety standards. Ability to lead and manage site workers effectively. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Must be available to join immediately.
