Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Construction Foreman

with hands-on expertise in managing

villa

and

high-rise building projects

in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a proven ability to manage site activities effectively and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to

villa and high-rise construction

. Manage labor force, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project timelines and work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Interpret and implement construction drawings and plans with accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for effective execution. Inspect work progress, materials, and construction quality regularly. Maintain daily site records (e.g., manpower, material, progress, issues). Control wastage of materials and ensure efficient resource utilization. Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Handle site issues and resolve technical problems promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum

5-10 years of UAE experience

, specifically in

villa and high-rise building

construction. Proven track record as a

Construction Foreman

or similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of

civil, structural, and finishing works

. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiar with UAE safety regulations and construction standards. Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools is a plus. Languages: English required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or Construction (will be an Advantage).
