to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction and renovation activities. Lead and manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Review and interpret project drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials usage, and workforce reports. Report project progress, requirements, and challenges to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of proven experience
as a Foreman in construction or facility management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. UAE driving license (preferred).What We Offer:
